Hilliard Family Session - Maryland Photographer

Awesome family alert!   A four and two year old keep you on your toes when trying to capture the moments.  One was ready to go and the other was not really happy about the camera situation.  Between the UGGs and the impromptu ballet instruction, all to get a shot, the girls were quite entertaining.  We went to the Buddy Attick park to catch the leaves changing colors in the trees and walk through the grass to capture these images.  Mom and Dad were delightful and awaiting the arrival of a little baby boy in January!  Can't wait to meet him!

Chrisitian M. - Maryland Newborn Photographer

Anyone that photographs newborns knows that ever session is different.  For some reason lately my last three little boys have given me a run for my money and little Christian was no different.  Usually I swaddle and they sleep but he was not here for it!  He was awake the entire session!  We still managed to get some great photos with his sister and brother and is Grandmother.  Another loving family in the books and I am glad they are enjoying their images.

Miss Brooklyn

Brooklyn has ARRIVED!!!!  This little angel came into my studio and was PERFECT!! Brooklyn was so sweet and quiet!  She was a joy to photograph and loved her swaddle.  Oh she didn't like being on her back but as soon as you put her on the side she was in her happy place as you can see by the images.  Another successful newborn session and I only got trickled on one time :-)!

Anderson Addition

New family additions are a joy and when I get to be apart and photograph the family it is extra special for me!  The Anderson's came to the studio and had ideas of what they wanted in their photos and Latoya had the most gorgeous gowns.  We added a bit with the tutu for the black and white and she was very pleased with her images.  I am eager to meet the new addition who should be arriving soon.

Twins Malia & Joseph - Maryland Photographer

Babies are amazing and when you get to photograph two of them it is a wonderful thing!  I met these two little ones at 11 days old and they were just gorgeous.  Malia with her calm demeanor and Joseph, who is the feisty one already, brought such a joy.  Once both were asleep, because one would be awake and the other would snuggle, we were able to snap a couple of portraits.

I have learned so much through newborn photography and the number one thing is PATIENCE!!  I had a totally different vision for this session but you have to always be flexible when it comes to little ones.  I can't wait to see them grow and develop their personalities to see if they stay calm and feisty! :-)
